Mala joined Alchemy in 2000 initially as Investor Reporting Manager before taking on her current role in 2007 to oversee the management company group accounts. Mala was previously at Vickers plc where she was Business Appraisal Executive involved in the review and evaluation of various capex, expenditure and bid proposals. She also worked for the BBC and KPMG.

Mala has a degree in Chemistry with Management from Kings College London and is a Chartered Accountant.
