Rory joined Alchemy in 2008 from Brakes Group, a private equity backed buyout, where he was Corporate Development Director, prior to which he held a line management role as Sales Planning Director, responsible for turnaround initiatives. Latterly, Rory led M&A screening, valuation, due diligence and post-acquisition planning in the UK and Europe. He was previously at Bain & Company where he gained consulting experience across a wide range of sectors and private equity transactions.

An Oxford graduate in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, with an MBA from INSEAD.
