Paul joined Alchemy as a Partner in 1999 and became a Portfolio Company Consultant in 2008. Prior to Alchemy Paul held a wide variety of senior positions within the Lonrho Group, including four years as Group Finance Director of Lonrho's £250 million turnover Printing and Publishing division. Paul has executed and monitored numerous investments for Alchemy.
He holds a degree in Finance with Accounting and is a Chartered Accountant.
